TouristWay interface comes with English Translations only so if you remove english from the list of languages you may have empty translations here and there while you are still entering your own translations. To prevent confusion, for your tests and while you're still working on translations, leave English selected in the LANGUAGES menu as your first option, and leave english also as "default language". Feel free to arrange the other languages at your convenience.
